I used MFP about 5 years ago to help me keep track of my calorie intake and it helped me get down to 130 from around 155 (I'm 5'8") while I was playing college sports. A lot has happened since then, as well as my weight going up and down a bunch. I figured since this worked so well last time I'll try it again as a way to hold myself more accountable! I'm at about 155 again and would like to lose about 25lbs again (ideally) but even 15 would make me feel great. Glad to be back!
