Can't see public diaries

I'm wondering how to see people's diaries when they say they've made them open to the public. When I click on the icon I only get the choices of sending a message or ignoring. Thanks.

    When you click on the avatar or username, the usercard pop-up window will display. Click on the username in the usercard and it will take you to the user's profile page. That is where you will find the View Diary button.

    That is not working for me. But I discovered that if I use the "Find Members' button, the choice to show a diary shows up. Maybe it has something to do with using an Ipad.
