I've always been heavy but around October to December I gained 30 pounds. I went away for a week end wearing jeans and a few days later on my next vacation I couldn't even pull my jeans up over my thighs. I thought I packed my old ones but when I got home saw those were the jeans that fit me and the scale said I was up 30 pounds. So I decided to start losing weight.

I work at home and live with my grandpa so would love to meet new people. I really need help with working out. I was doing good but now I just don't want to. I don't belong to a gym and don't have money for that right now so just been doing some workout videos on youtube.

    Your taking the best initiation steps... This is a good positive encouraging community here on MFP... I added you. YouTube has an unlimited about of no equipment required do at home exercise routines.
