Working out 2x daily?

I'm thinking of splitting workouts into twice a day. Getting up early for things like strength or weights/pilates. Then I work 8-5 and I usually get home around 6/630 and workout cardio for about an hour. I mean...i live in an apartment complex on the top floor and we just have a small cardio room. I'm trying to think of ways to be considerate to roommates and others around me. Has anyone else split strength/weights and cardio into different parts of the day?

Unless you are training for a specific event it sounds like you may be over doing it.
An hour a day should be plenty. Doing an hour cardio on a weights day can be really exhausting in the long run and cause burn out.
If you rely want to work out that frequently make sure you are eating back your exercise calories.
