Hi there,
I've been a member on this for a long while now (though I absolutely forgot until today when I tried to sign up and I was already a member...)
So here is a hello from me. I've been trying to lose weight since March 16th and have done so quite well until June... I have gained, lost, lost and then gained it all back again. So tomorrow I will weigh in and am worried that it will not be a loss.
Guess I've fallen back into old habits. It's so easy to pick up a chocolate bar and think "just this once" but it never is just once. I want to continue to lose weight and have set my own personal goal of reaching 11 stone by November 2nd (the day before my birthday.) It won't be classed as a healthy BMI but it will be the lowest I have been in 4 years.
Well, that's my mini-story. Hope to be around this time, so hopefully I'll be a regular soon enough!
