I need to loose 20. I have yo-yo dieted since I had my son almost 5 years ago. This is the longest I've been on mfp (10 days). My motivation is my sisters wedding in June. I look terrible in the bridesmaids dress!
I really don't have a problem staying within my calorie limit (for now atleast). I hate working out! I am also impatient and want the weight to fall off. With being conscious of what I eat I am trying to focus on anything but "dieting"!0 -
