Starting this journey with hope!

Hi! I'm just starting out, 4th day in and getting a lot of hope reading these message boards and great advice.

I'm hoping to make a positive change, learn new things, and get the motivation I need to stick with a new lifestyle.

I'm certain I need help in all areas - nutrition especially, but also adding to the cardio I've started to do more regularly with some weight training in the near future.

There's so much to learn and I'm slightly overwhelmed by all the data, but hoping that if I stick with the plan and at least start out by honestly tracking everything, I'll learn a lot along the way.

Glad to be joining all of you in this journey!

    Start simple. It's a lot to take in. One thing at a time. Cardio is a great starting point! Good luck!
