mornings

Any tips on how to get motivated to workout in mornings? I get plenty of sleep. I just keep pushing snooze. I want to start a bootcamp class at the ymca but it starts at 6am. I just can't get up. I need someone to slap me awake lol

    Before you go to sleep, lay your clothes out and have your gym bag packed and ready to go. This will limit the excuse of taking too long to get ready. Or get a cat. Mine comes in around 5 or 5:30 and starts demanding food and will not leave me alone until he has it.

    I get up because I like the extra time in the evenings to relax. I loathe working out after a long day at work. I drink a cup of hot water and lemon pre workout and it peps me up!

    i sleep in my running clothes sometimes so all i have to do is slide out of bed, put on my shoes and hat and gloves. and go.
    also the dog usually wakes me up

    Put the alarm across the room so you have to get up to turn it off. Then, stay up! It makes you more tired to wake up and then snooze.

    Go to bed earlier. Stop making excuses
