Hi. I'm seeking feedback regarding the BPI sports nite burn Protein powder. Has anyone used? Do you think it could be an additional added tool towards goals? Most importantly, did you feel like a zombie the morning after? I have a family to care for and need to hear middle of the night possible issues as well as rise early to get us all pepped for our day. Thanks!

(I may have wrong product).
Interesting. I saw the ingredient label to that. D3, large amounts at night?
I remember reading that D can keep you awake, and I take it in the morning.
I take a melatonin at night often with a glass of milk to help me sleep.
The product contains melatonin. Also contains magnesium in the ingredients that can help you sleep. Milk has magnesium and potassium.0 -
You should just stick with any regular Casien powder. Like whey protein, it's a product of milk. The thing with casien is that it's a slow release protein so it's suitable to have before bedtime.0

I agree with SmilezIsHere. I have been told recently that casien powder is slow releasing and is good for night-time muscle recovery. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to. I wake up in the morning and my muscles are aching, I assume from working out hard the day before. I do eat a protein-rich snack before bed. I just posted my daily intake on Facebook with nutrition values. If you are interested, friend me, Marsha Weaver Boyer and follow my diet. I am a low-carbere, due to hypoglycemia, and love my protein! Always full of energy! Hope to see your friend request!0
