Just found a great protein shake! It's Skinnygirl Protein shake comes in vanilla or chocolate. It's a really big bottle
11.5 fl oz and is only 80 calories has 12g of protein, 0g sugar, 3g fiber and 5g carbs. I can actually pronounce the ingredients as well, not full of "chemicals". Keeps me really full!
They are only sold at Walmart (I think) but I have to order them online where I live. But if you order a case it's free shipping.

Eventually, to save money, you could move on to powdered whey protein shakes.

If you like them, drink them. If you get bored with them and want to save money, a good whey protein and a multivitamin will be much cheaper and provide the same/if not more protein/micros.

Usually more protein than 12 g, for sure.

I am reading my whey concentrate (chocolate) and it has 20 proteins for 95 cals. Non chocolate has even more protons and isolate even more

Yeah, the one I like (vanilla) has 20 g for 90 calories. I mostly prefer to get protein from other sources (like meat, eggs, dairy, legumes), but I like to add the whey to oatmeal sometimes.

12 grams of protein does not a protein shake make.

In order to get the amount of protein you'd get from a standard protein powder (about 24g), you'd have to drink two shakes for 160 calories, 3g fat, and 10g carbs. For comparison, one serving of Cellucor whey contains 130 calories, 1.5g fat, and 3g carbs. Personally, I like my protein supplements to be mostly protein, with very little carbs and fat.

Also, everything has "chemicals," including fruits and vegetables.

here's the link...I knew I recognized the brand "skinnygirl". This company belongs to one of the (former) Real Housewives of New York, Bethany Frankle. She was all over reality TV a few years ago. Her first product was the "Skinnygirl Margarita". Anyway - I can't stand her so I'll pass B)

I read her diet book last year (I like to read different diet books) and it was like a handbook on how to induce disordered eating.

I heard that!! That her 'diet' book was the anorexia handbook. That's one of the reasons why I don't like her!
