Recipe manual builder won't load

When building a recipe it doesn't always load, it won't save and I continue to get an error, but the error does not state why, just says to try again later, but when I do I get the same error message. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but if there is a trick to creating recipes let me know. What I do is first add my ingredients with or without measurements (I've tried both), I then will edit, remove or replace so it is exact to to the recipe. When I save and log I get the error. I have found sometimes just saving works, but not always. Any suggestions?

    That's when I usually end up doing it on the app :( but it doesn't recognize newer recipes so I've had to uninstall and reinstall it several times when I wanted to modify an old recipe... Seriously the whole thing needs work...
