My Second Week

I have been exercising for much longer than I have been dieting but didn't lose any weight, I was 11st 8lb and I decided to try dieting along side my exercise.
I cut out the majority of my carbs and replaced things such as potatoes and chips with more veg, I've only drank water and exercise 3 times a week for 60-90 minutes each time at the gym with cardio and resistance exercises.
The first week I had gone down to 11st 1lb and I was over the moon, however now it seems like I am not losing any weight and I am concerned because it's getting me down, I don't know what I'm doing wrong I've committed myself to working hard to lose the weight and keep it off but for some reason it won't budge now and it's getting me down.
Any Advice?

Have you determined an appropriate calorie goal and are you sticking to it? Or are you just doing random things like replacing potato chips with veggies?

My max calorie intake per day is 1,200 my meals consist of a decent portion of meat such as chicken, pork or beef and then a side of different vegetables, I don't snack at all.0
