    Ump is perfect. Any flavor!!! By far best protein i have ever tried and believe me I have tried many. Before I found UMP my fav was optimum nutrition but UMP is better. Cookies and cream yum!

    Trutein is my favorite, especially chocolate peanut butter cup and pumpkin pie. The pumpkin pie makes FABULOUS protein pancakes!
