Hi!
I just started with MFP and I am getting back on track with misfit shine. I recently gained 20+ lbs in a very short time after extreme stress and major depression. I want to develop a healthier lifestyle and this is entirely new to me (I grew up in a meat and potatoes/fry everything household and I don't want to have the health problems that my parents have today).
Also, please don't be put off by my username. LBD is my dog's nickname and I thought I could change it later when I thought of something better!

I'm am 25. CW is 155ish GW is 125.

    Good start. I was on here couple yrs ago, lost 30 lbs, put some back on. Now looking to get back into it and be held accountable. Feel free to add me if you want some motivation.
