Protein Pancakes

Hi!

What are some of your most basic and lower carb protein pancake recipes? Interested in incorporating these into my diet but staying relatively lower carb and cal. :)

    I just use my forza protein. Peanut butter and banana flavor. Taste great

    Sounds pretty good. I was hoping for a good one involving vanilla protein powder, egg whites or full eggs, and then just almond milk, cinnamom/vanilla extract & baking powder

    1 scoop Vanilla protein
    1/2 cup egg whites (or 3 egg whites)
    1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
    1/2 medium banana
    1/2 cup blueberries
    2 tsp baking powder
    1bsp cinnamon

    1Tbsp peanut butter
    1egg
    3 Tbsp egg whites
    Dash of vanilla and cinnamon

    depending how low carb you are looking for this might not fit but i made protein waffles (could use for pancakes as well) with the following:

    1/2 cup of Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix
    1 whole egg
    35 g of PES SELECT milk chocolate protein powder
    4 oz of water

    Vanilla Protein powder 1/4Cup, 1/4 Cup rolled oats, 1/2 Cup egg whites, 1/4 Cup Almond Milk, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients until it forms a batter, spray non stick spray or coconut oil in a skillet, let skilelt heat pour batter into skillet cook for 2-3 minutes or unitl the top layer is covered in small holes, flip and cook anouth 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and top with what ever you would like eat and enjoy.
