How can I use MFP to maintain my current weight, but continue to loose fat and replace it with muscle?

@Talan79 is right about recomp, you could take some photos of yourself now, then eat at maintenance and lift weights for four weeks, then take more photos, same time of day, same pose and same lighting then compare photos, if you see changes and like what you see carry on doing the same, if you see changes you don't like alter your cals/workouts accordingly, don't worry too much about "weight" it's only a guide, go by how you look and feel,0
