I've decided to try the Bowflex Max trainer. Anyone else workout on those? A phys therapist friend said the principle of the 14 minute HIIT approach is sound... and of course the videos are encouraging. Especially those who do home reviews after using the product for a while.
I currently have an elliptical and a rebounder. Use them both a lot, and I walk and practice yoga (not the crazy hot kind or the go as fast as you can kind. Real yoga.)
Just wondered what experience people have with Bowflex products, or other home gym equipment.

A friend has one. It's an elliptical/stairclimber combo is all it is. A really expensive one.0
