Fitness friends: Small amount of weight to lose.

Hello,

Looking for MFP friends with similar goals.

I have a relatively small amount of weight to lose & would like to start focusing on overall fitness.

I definitely qualify as "skinny-fat". If I have muscle anywhere on this body, it's not visible to the naked eye. Can't feel one anywhere either.

I'd love for that to change this year. :)

My Eating Habits:
I went from about 150lbs to 108 via Keto last year. It was a breeze and I actually like it/find it sustainable; however I indulged heavily in traditional carb-laden feasts over the holiday season and am up to 118. I honestly felt much better following Keto so I'm back at it as of today.

My Fitness Habits:
Just walking. Love it as far as headspace/getting my Zen on, but although it makes me feel better mentally, I don't see that it has a huge impact physically.

I'd love to have some fellow skinny-fat MFP friends who are also interested in finding/creating a fitness plan that produces results and works for them.
