Daily burn / breast feeding

So I started this app on my phone and on ps3 .. I pay $12.99 a month .. U can work out in many different ways .. There's yoga .. Mild strech and etc.. I started Monday January 11 2016 .. So far so good .. I'm very sore .. I plan to do this for a month to see how it goes .. Excercise ing and breast feeding I think I should be loosing calories
