Seesaw

Used to be in shape. Life changes happened and now I'm depressed. Gained about 30 pounds and having a time finding the time to get some exercise in. Trying to use MyFitnessPal to track my calories and lose weight.

    My doctor told me that he saw over half of his patients lose weight just by counting calories! I'm trying to see if it works for me as well.

    I definitely find if I track my calories it makes a difference. Otherwise I'm hopeless!
