kettle bells

Evening. Looking to add a kettlebell class to my excersise but can't see it on the list. Does anyone know what I would add instead? Many thanks.

    Choose the Strength Training option under cardio. It is probably the closest thing.

    A KB class could vary greatly in the amount of calories burned depending on what you did in class.

    There have been a few threads on this before and I think the general consensus is to log as circuit training? As its cardio and strength combined. Someone did compare the burns for kb vs circuit via an external source and they're apparently similar. But of course it does depend what you're going with it! :wink:
