Advice on calories goal that keeps switching HELP PLEASE

Hello everybody,
I started only on Monday, making today my third day on MFP.
Something I dont get is the set goal of calories per day.
On Monday they allowed me a total different amount then yesterday and today its different again.
I did not log in any loss of pounds.
It is very confusing, because it doesnt match either with the calories I have been burning by excercise.
I keep an open diary if you want to see details to know what I mean.
I would appreciate someone taking the time to explain!
Thanks in advance and keep up the good work.

A couple things - MFP gives you a calorie goal with zero exercise factored in. When you log exercise, MFP gives you additional calories. Most people eat back 50-75% of these calories, and still lose weight.

A second thought - do you have an activity tracker synced to MFP? An activity tracking device will give you additional calories when you have been more active than your stated MFP activity level.

Now I get it!! so actually, I should log my activities at the end of the day in order not to get confused actually. I do have an activity tracker, its the Nabu X utility bracelet from Razer, I just started using it, but since I have a very old phone..... I use MFP on my laptop and the Nabu X on the Ipad of my son. The app of the Nabu X cannot be downloaded on the laptop so no clue if I can combine the two?? Right now I am not buying a new phone, so I guess I have to use both seperated.
Thanks a million for helping me out. I will ad you, is that okay?

The idea behind MFP is to eat your exercise calories back. Some people don't like to, some people only eat half... but you should eat some of them back especially if you exercise a lot. Though some exercise calories are WAY overestimated so you have to be careful there. Just try what works for you... eat your calorie goal + half of what your exercise calories give you and see if you are successful for a few weeks. If yes, you are good. If not, adjust up or down.
