21 Day Fix Containers

Hey MFP Crew, anybody out there using the 21 Day Fix program containers? Looking for feedback...I'm in to week 3, had pgm for sometime...and I no longer have the complete container set... just curious to see why folks are doing

    I have not used the program, but I know some people use the containers or follow what the containers are supposed to mean, but use their own containers. Check online to see what the breakdown would be. I'm sure someone has posted it online. Also, you can just use MFP and count your calories while doing the workouts.

    i could cram a WHOLE lotta calories into measuring cups ;) the scale, hoowever, is much more honest ;)

    And I found the opposite. Using 21df containers I ended up eating way way low! I weighed for a few average days and was so far below the cals I should have been eating. Not good for my body! Be careful! Eat enough! Weighing is best!

    I actually love the containers. I have been tracking on paper and MFP to see how the calories and nutrients align when MFP is set at 40-30-30 goals. I find they are totally in sync, and it's working well for me. In 12 days I am down a steady 4.5 lbs and feel great. I am not doing the DVD workout--just walking, weights at the gym and, recently, a little run-walk activity.
