Hi Rachel, I've been here about a week. Starting over to lose 15-20 lb. I lost 10 lb using this about 2 yr ago but an injury put it back on
So I'm back to tackle thiis again. It really does work to log your calories. Last time I didn't add friends, but now I'm trying that for motivation accountability and fun! Feel free to add me
