Birdseye teriyaki stir fry vegetables

Does anyone have any idea what the values for this are if you leave out the sauce packet that comes with it? I've been looking on line with no luck.

    I just find an entry for a non-sauce frozen stir fry mix with the same types of veg and use that. Without the sauce packet, it's just frozen veg.

    Usually whenever I run into that problem I contact the company (usually they have an email us section on their website) and ask. Most of the time they can find out for you. I've done this with Pillsbury Toaster Strudels (to find out nutrition without icing) and Maruchan's Ramen Noodles (to find out nutrition for noodles without seasoning).
