I can't lose my weight I'm carrying around an extra person I log my food I exercise what is the problem

I took a peek through your diary and it looks like you're grabbing entries that may not be accurate (i.e. toast and butter as an entry). First and foremost, get a digital scale, weigh all solids, measure all liquids. You'd be amazed at how inaccurate eyballing portions can be. When using MPF's database, aim to use items that are listed as USDA for produce as they tend to be most often correct. Include all condiments, seasonings, etc. Once you're able to accurately log your food, it will be much easier to keep track of what you're actually consuming.
