Gigantomastia/Tough Low-Impact Exercise Videos?

Hi! I have Gigantomastia (my breasts are ridiculously huge at my lightest - now at my heaviest, they are enormous.) I canNOT jump. Or bounce much. And I need to be careful of my lower back. I am hoping someone can recommend a workout program/series/DVD that would work for me.

I like walking, yoga, and pilates. I like Leslie Sansone's WATP. But these exercises don't really challenge me. I want something more intense with cardio and strength that I can do in my living room while the kids are asleep. With no jumping around or bouncing. Right now I am enjoying Jillian's 30-Day Shred and some of The FIRM videos, but I know I am not getting the most out of them. I end up side-stepping or marching in place while flailing my arms around to keep my heartrate up during the jumpy cardio segments. But, that is the kind of program I mean when I say I am looking for something more intense.

Does such a magical unicorn exist?

Thank you!
Rattie

Have you done cardio kickboxing? I have disproportionately huge breasts, and like you, I hate jumping. Cardio kickboxing was one of the few sports I've tried where I wasn't constantly clutching my chest and making 'owww' faces. Instead of jumping, it's mostly side-stepping and squatting.

Also, this bra is the only thing for enormous boobs- http://www.titlenine.com/product/frog-bra-320927.do

Cardio kick boxing is a great idea! Thanks! I had a video years ago and didn't really like it, but it might be time to get a new video and revisit it.

The bras in the link look nice, but they are too small for me. My pain-in-the-rump condition gives me more of a US size 40K. I'm not even sure anymore, since I gained weight and my bras don't fit well right now. There are only two brands that fit me and I can't find a sports bra at all.

I do plan to have a reduction, but I want to get to my around my goal weight first. I didn't do it earlier because I didn't want to risk not being able to nurse my babies. Now my littlest baby has been done nursing for 3 years and I've run out of excuses! lol!

    Thanks for your help!
