Well, I always seem to come crawling back to MFP, maybe that means I shouldn't leave again
Trying to rebound from a back injury and keep losing weight at the same time. I was doing really well in the fall and lost almost 15lb, but now that I can't exercise, pretty much at all, it feels like my world came crashing down. I work rotating shift work and usually participate in sports such as Tae Kwon Do (Green Belt), Soccer and Skiing/Snowboarding. I would like some new friends to share this journey with, so if you think we can motivate each other, add me!

Hey there. Im more than happy to have you add me and we can motivate each other. im stuck in a predicament where I can't exercise until i drop some weight because of dodgy knees but i kind of need to be active to lose the weight. Currently doing a lot of pool work. Feel free to add me0
