Core workouts

Hey, I'm looking for some good pointers on core workouts. Being as this is were I carry some extra weight... So a focus would stomach area. Any suggestions?? Also, I am looking at toning my legs and arms.

    Exercising body parts doesn't spot reduce fat. Calorie deficit takes care of that. Exercise is for fitness and health. Try overhead squats to start with a good leg workout and core work. Pushups and pullups will help with muscle tone on the arms.

    I think the best core workout will always be plank.

    Also what ninerbuff said, it won't help you lose fat in your stomach.
