Wake up call today

Past 3 weeks have been back at logging, eating better, & exercising again. First 2 weeks did great, but went off the rails a bit last week with alcohol & fast food. I have been painfully honest with my logging and I can definitely see trends when I don't plan or let myself get too hungry.
So, today, out of the blue, a "surprise check" by my trainer---she reviewed MFP food log for the past week. OMG, how embarrassing, but a good motivator! I need this kind of accountability :-)

Sometimes it's hard to keep up the healthy eating all the time, but I am sure you'll pick yourself up & do great.
I know I need to eat more vegetables.0
