So a year ago I decided I wasn't happy with how I looked. I was a junior in high school, 5'4, and weighed a little over 115 pounds. I just didn't think I looked feminine! My boyfriend finally got me into lifting and now a year later I can't get enough of it. We're both starting our first 'cuts', both having plans to compete in the future. I got this app to start tracking my macros and couldn't believe how LITTLE I already was eating. I've been drinking tons of water the past few days so I think that has something to do with it. Can't wait to take this first big step into my fitness journey!

    Hi and welcome to MFP.. I'm still rather new here too but for what it does, this app is pretty awesome and the people here are great.

    Good luck. The macros are great. Always hard to reach the protein goals. Good luck and pls add me if you need any help with support or accountability.

    How's your regimen going? I just started today by changing my diet. I already am working out sufficiently but I felt that visible progress wasn't occurring no matter how hard I would go. So I figured adjusting my meals a little bit would help. I was wondering if you have any pointers?
