Just tone them up and enjoy the fact that they work!

    What does this mean?

Thigh fat is fat. You have to lose it by eating a calorie deficit.

Squats, lunges and most of all a trampoline made a HUGE impact. Mine are much better. Build muscle, it burns more fat.

All you can do is reduce your overall body fat. Only genetics decides where it actually comes from.

This was a problem area for me too and I really pushed myself on the elliptical and got greater leanness, especially when doing intervals. I also did lots of lunges and squats. And ate low to mod carb. These pics are taken 10 months apart.

    You look fabulous!
My middle/butt/thighs are definitely my problem areas as well, I hope to have similar success to you in a few months :)

Running (or any type of cardio really) combined with planks, squats, plies, kicks...basicly core workout and lower body exercises. You can't target specific area but well rounded workout will give you great results.
And don't forget it all starts in the kitchen! :)
