Suggestions for reducing fat in the upper body? Legs butt and hips are fine but I'm top heavy (big boobs and broad shoulders) and carry it in the midsection.

You can't target areas for fat loss. You can do all the crunches and boob exercises you want but it won't help you target areas. You could do chest exercises to firm them up a bit but it won't cut back on any fat.

To reduce fat, eat fewer calories than you burn.
The fat will come off from wherever it wants to - we don't get to choose! :+1:

Chest exercises do not change the boobs because there are no muscles in the boobs.

Just continue with calorie deficit. It'll catch up. Just a quick note about broad shoulders: they may end up looking broader with less body fat. Since you can't change your frame, shoulder to shoulder width doesn't change. And reducing body fat around your torso may give the visualization of broader shoulders.
