Looking to get the abs back

Trying to make a reasonable attempt at getting abs back without extreme dieting. I suppose the way I see it is I want one day a week to be able to drink with the guys, and I've started eating fairly clean. Just looking for excercise tips, high protein meals to hit proper macros, etc.

i think hanging leg raises and ab rope pull downs are the best ab excercsies. I do abs every other day.0

What are you doing for reps per set? Do you mix it up or try to stick with like 3 sets of 20?0

Full body workouts engage the core and tie everything together. Then I do mixed up ab workouts every other day between my main days (M-W-F)0
