Hey everyone I am new to MFP. I am using this in conjunction with My Garmin Vivosmart in hopes it will help me lose about 30 pounds. The hardest problem I am having is eating enough. I am so careful with my intake of calories that after I workout in the evenings I still have nearly 1000 calories to take in. This is the most confusing thing next to algebra I gave ever had to figure out! I would like to add some friends so please add KitCat103
