Hello! I seem to be able to keep my calorie consumption in check...but I have not been able to find that time and motivation to get to the gym. Any suggestions??? I need help!

If you don't go to the gym and work out, then the zombies will eat you first.
Seriously, though, going to the gym is a pain and we all hate it. Do you have someone near you who can be a work-out buddy to help hold you accountable?
(I generally find paying my monthly membership fee is a great motivator. Why am I giving these guys money if I'm not going?)0 -
I work out at home with minimal equipment, some barbells, resistance bands and elliptical. I know I'm not the gym type and am much more consistent at home. I also do yoga at home. Is this an option for you? It also saves a lot of gym costs.0
