Toconquermyself

Hey guys Tete here. I'm in month 3 of my lifestyle change and I can't say I'm unhappy with my progress. Being that the first 2 weeks were difficult with me changing my eating habits and working out. Lord knows Me and working out do not get along. Plus I was telling myself it wouldn't work without some form of a cheat. (Diet pills, starving, diet tea, diet shakes etc.) Just anything. But as time went on and I kept myself focused without any cheats I found myself down 30lbs in just 3 months. Don't let negativity be your downfall. If you want the weight to come off it will. If I can do it, so can you. Exercise really helps alot. And its not all about what you eat, it's how you eat. At least for me it is. I hope we can support each other and give encouragement to one another to keep going. I could use some support could you?? Good luck on your journey. Please feel free to add me.
