I love using this app

love that you can see and keep track of nutrients

I am not dieting although overweight and do need to lose weight, I am here to eat healthier and hope that the weigh comes off with it and to change my eating habits

I am eating a low sugar and carb diet so seeing all the nutrients is great I tried WW's before but you never could see how many carbs or sugar you were actually consuming in a day on their app so someone told me about myfitnesspal and LOVE IT I even got my sister and hubby using it.

I am happy and hopeful for my healthy new journey
