4 months PP vs 7 months PP - 175 lbs to 140lbs

I followed a 4 week carb cycling diet (low/low/high/high/low/low) for 3 weeks then the 4th is all high carb, and then paired that with the 21 day fix meal plans. I worked out 6 days a week weights & HIIT cardio. I followed 2 beach body workout programs (21 day fix & insanity max 30)

I am now currently on day 3 of Hammer & Chisel, also by beach body.
