Best workout Time?

If any of you follow my posts you know I HATE to work out any time, try to just be more physical in daily activities but the one time that I DO try to do SOMETHING more strenuous even if it means hitting the treadmill (which I hate) is late afternoon because that is when I get my worst food cravings. I don's know how scientific it is or if it works the same for everyone but for me, exercise of any kind is an appetite suppressant. After working up a good sweat I am NEVER hungry. So if you can plan your work out around the time of your worst cravings it is a double bonus.. burn calories and cut the chances of a binge.
