If anyone hasn't tried it and is interested in trying Pilates, let me tell you it's the best workout I have EVER gotten. I've been eating healthier and doing Pilates every day and I've lost 7 lbs in 10 days. I downloaded the free app Blogilates and it has a bunch of clean eats and in general healthy recipes for free and workout videos are $0.99/month so I just bought a $15 iTunes card and I'm set for a little over a year. They're about 20-30 minutes a day and are super easy to follow and you bust your butt doing them!!

I used to do the Winsor Pilates sculpting dvds and LOVED them! I did them everyday for months/ years and still continued to be sore every time. Might have to add those back into the rotation, thanks for the reminder.0

I never thought it was much of a workout. Since I hurt my back, that's mostly what I've been doing. I don't love it though.0
