Daily weigh-ins?

I weigh daily. I'd like to do only do it once a week but I'm impatient & still trying to make adjustments to my diet. I still have a few more pounds to go.0

Same for me. Weighing daily helps me see the consequences of the previous day and tell me if I need to tighten up my eating or back off on sodium for the rest of the week. But I don't take the daily fluctuations too hard and only log once a week to see the trend.
I will say, I was running late this morning and didn't step on the scale. Now I am really curious to know where I will be tomorrow for my official logging weigh-in.0 -
I weigh myself daily because I like to see how my day before a eating habits have affected my current weight . Also it give me motivation for the current day0
