Are dogs better companions than cats? What do you think? I love dogs. I currently have a lovable pit bull.

Oh that's so hard. I adore the cats I had but my two dogs are just amazing.

like any other relationship, i guess it depends on what you want out of it. My cats are fine. I can leave them for a couple days at a time and come back and they will lay with me and like being pet. They don't require much. But I wouldn't take them with me to the park or for a car ride. My dog, however is more needy but i can do more fun activities with her.

I prefer cats. I like dogs to an extent, but I'm really picky about them. I worked for a dog groomer. The only was a nutbag so it really soured my opinion on dogs. Cats are just much more realistic for my lifestyle.

I honestly don't know. I had dogs first, but they rarely kept me company after early childhood, and ours still don't do so. Our kitten, however, quite literally bounces around my room every chance he gets!
