Paleo/Whole30 People?

Hey everyone! Last October I completed my first Whole30, and it went really well! I felt better and have so far kept all of the weight off (fluctuating 1-2 lbs). I've been keeping a fairly Paleo diet since then and finally reading It Starts With Food (I know, I should have read it before my Whole30, but never got around to it). Mostly, I was curious if anyone else out there has been on either food lifestyle? Have any good recipes to share? Want to do another Whole30 and need a buddy? Feel free to friend request me!

    I've been paleo for about a year and I'm a big fan. My fiancé and I just look for recipes on the internet but my favorite is zucchini tots and pulled pork with mango salsa and the burgers the man makes...so good. :)

    I use Pinterest a lot for recipes- it's great! I'll have to look up pulled pork w/ mango salsa- that sounds amazing! Have you generally lost weight/felt better while on Paleo?

    I've lost 110 lbs and I love paleo. I started out doing the autoimmune paleo until i got to the point where i knew what foods were causing inflammation in my gut and cut those out so I feel so much better now than ever. It's also easier for me to follow it when I'm out in public because I know the rules.

    Wow, that's fantastic- congrats! I'm still learning the general rules, and feel weird about certain foods (like maple syrup) being allowed. But as soon as I get the rules down I feel like it'll be a lot easier. My biggest challenge is definitely going to be eating out and figuring out the best options when I can't always pick the venue.
