Calories consumed vs burned during exercise

I have a burning question that I really need to get a clear understanding on.
I work in an office, a typical 8-5 desk job. MFP tells me I need to consume 1200 calories, which is ok for just going to work and not doing much of anything else. However here is the catch! I work out at the Y 5 days a week doing varies workouts: Kickboxing, bootcamp, weights, cardio, swimming. Some of the days I burn up to 1000 calories, now with this increase in caloric burning should you eat more on more active days or just stay at 1200 calories?

MFP makes allowances for exercise. Just add the exercise and it'll make it so you'll be able to net 1200 easily.0
