Help needed with food/meal ideas!!

Hii.. i am new to all this and looking for some help... i have just started to do a food diary for the next week to plan all my meals & snacks out.. i dont have the time to update each day, this way i know im eating right.. but i am really struggling keeping everything balanced!! I either end up with loads of calories left and going over with protein and visa versa... its mostly ending up with too many calories left and going over with protein and sugar...i just cant seem to keep them all balanced
Any help and advice much needed

Try setting up your priorities and then gradually make changes in that order. For me, calories comes first, then carbs (because I have a little trouble with my blood sugar), then protein (because protein keeps me full). Over time I have been able to control my calories successfully and then I started gradually making changes to the macros to get those numbers where they should be. Now, on most days, everything works out.0
