I worked out for an hour for 4 out of 5 days this week, when friends 1/2 my size haven't worked out once.

Buttoned up a blazer I couldn't even get on 5 weeks ago! I even had to buy a new suit for an event that weekend.0

Ran for 6 minutes (one minute at a time); don't know the last time I ran! (I have really bad knees, but weight lifting strengthened them enough so I could run!!)0

I actually ran for 3 minutes straight, TWICE! Didn't think I was going to be able to pull it off but I pushed through & amazed myself, Thanks to c25k.0
