    I do that too sometimes, even when it's freezing. Still though, nothing like sitting in the sand, by the ocean thinking about stuff.

    Everyone makes mistakes. Forgiving is good to do. Not only for them but more importantly for you. Unless you truly judge them to be evil then get away and pity them.

    That's the problem. This person has done nothing. To be honest I think i'm more mad at myself but i'm blaming this person for making me feel this way.

    Then you need to forgive yourself. You can't control that you will have emotional responses but you can decide what you will do about it. Deciding to say that's OK to yourself. I spent a lot of years figuring that one out and still need reminding. We can bet he toughest on ourselves instead of being the kindest to ourselves.

    This happens to me...usually it's due to PMS and after a week I'm not longer angry
