I am only concerned with losing fat right now. When I plan out my days I am always under in protein. Should I try whey or is this just for gaining muscle when the time comes? (in 25 less pounds of fat later)

I dont have time for always adding eggs and more meat than Im alreadt having, I usually have a cup of chicken a day and almonds.

THANKS

I have Whey to help max my protein and lose weight.

Since including it into my daily allowance, i've been feeling fuller, more alert and losing weight.

I personally recommend it as its working for me ")

If you are constantly under your protein macro, whey is a good option to get there if you can't eat food. I eat 150g of protein a day, almost always from whole foods, but days I don't hit it, I'll have a couple scoops of whey to get there. It's not just for bodybuilding, it is a good way to get extra protein

Thanks!! I was worried it was only for building muscle :S but I find attaining my protein macros is important! But I cant have chicken or fish for like 6 meals a day XD

Exactly. I tried tried to eat real foods to keep my protein up, but no matter what i did, i was over on fats, or over on salt...ect..

Was quite hard to stay within my macros...and expensive.

I know Whey isn't cheap, but its far more cheaper than buying 1kg of steak a day "P

Im sure ill change things one day, dont want to rely on powders forever, but as for now, its been helping.

Helps with the cravings too ")

If whey doesn't work for you, you might try protein bars. Some have 20 or 30 gms. I can't eat that much protein per day without some kind of help. Also I can get my chocolate fix that way.
