With constant emails from mfp I saved them in a folder. I found great articles on subjects I wanted more info on. I hopped from one link to another and found several personal trainers with good basic advice kick in the pants stuff. Rather than me wasting time researching food and diet plans while not starting to eat right mfp made it easy to start and with the app easy to make entries. I have been with it for 5 days and I am surprised at how easy it is and for me very supportive with the needed info automatically available down to the items from my local store. I haven't incorporated exercise but find time for little 5 min. workouts at home and at work. I don't want to cram too much into my head and give up. I would like to meet others with similar goals of getting into better shape and eating correctly for my health.

Hey, that's Great! MFP has a very comprehensive data base of foods. One of the best I've tried. Have you learned how to add your own recipes in MFP? You can also save favorite meals, making it easy and fast to renter something you eat all the time. We have a very active MFP group, lots of support and motivation. If you want to join in, send me a friend request.
